    Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to cancel your order.

    We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return or exchange, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
