SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer shipping to customers within Uganda, and our shipping fees are based on the weight and size of the package. Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours, and customers can expect to receive their orders within 3-5 business days, depending on their location.
We use reputable shipping carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and Uganda Post Limited to ensure timely delivery of packages to our customers. Customers can track their packages using the tracking number provided after their order has been shipped.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can return the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return or exchange, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
To initiate a return or exchange, customers should contact our customer service team by email or phone. Our team will provide instructions on how to return or exchange the item.
If an item is returned due to a defect or incorrect item received, we will cover the shipping costs associated with the return or exchange.
REFUND POLICY
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will send an email notification to the customer confirming the receipt of the item and the approval or rejection of the refund.
If the refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to the customer's original payment method. The refund may take up to 10 business days to reflect in the customer's account, depending on their payment method and financial institution.
